Order Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel an order, we strive to accommodate your request under certain conditions. We reserve the right to accept or reject order cancellation requests for any reason.

• If an order cancellation request is received before the product has been dispatched, we will promptly cancel the order and issue a full refund.
• Please be mindful that once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. We reserve the discretion to determine whether an order has been dispatched.
